Dr Irene Nartey is an Enthusiastic and Experienced Alternative Dispute Counsellor, Motivational Speaker, Life coach, Author and Women’s Leader.

She has over 10 years of success in settling disputes between couples, land issues, divorce settlements, providing pre-marriage guidance and serving as lecturer, facilitator and trainer for many renowned institutions in Ghana including the Institute of Paralegal Training & Leadership Studies (IPLS), College of Counselling and Psychology (CCP) and Gamey & Gamey just to mention a few.

Dr. Nartey also serves on the Amasaman District Court – Court Connected Alternative Dispute Resolution (CCADR) programme which is critical to improving access to the country’s justice delivery system.

She previously worked at the Osu Court, the Juvenile Court and the Kwabenya Circuit Court.

She is the Founder and CEO of Harmony ADR Center, which specializes in handling Family, Land Workplace and Marriage disputes.

Dr Nartey is a member of the Ghana Association of Christian Counsellors (GACC), Ghana National Association of ADR Practitioners (GNAAP) and is a listed mediator with the National Labour Commission (NLC) in Ghana.

In her spare time, Dr Nartey loves to work at orphanages and help young women going through various challenges.

Dr. Nartey is a devout Christian and serves as a counsellor with the Local churches in West Africa, in various capacities at her local assembly and with other Christian Groups.

She is the author of Practicing Christian Mediation – a handbook which explains to Christians how to resolve disputes in the House of God.

She was happily married to Dr Albert Bradford Nartey of blessed memory and has four sons and five grandchildren.
