wHAT IS ADR
ADR a term which stands for ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION, is used to describe a range of procedures intended to resolve workplace conflicts as quickly and cheaply as possible without requiring the time and money of more conventional approaches like litigation, hearings, and appeals. The most widely used form of ADR is mediation.
