 , marking an important milestone in its journey towards promoting Alternati
 ve Dispute Resolution (ADR)\, empowering women\, and building a culture of 
 peaceful conflict resolution across Ghana.\nOver the past year\, Women and 
 ADR has remained committed to creating awareness about alternative approach
 es to resolving disputes and encouraging greater participation of women in 
 peacebuilding and dispute resolution processes. This anniversary provides a
 n opportunity to reflect on the progress made\, recognise the contributions
  of stakeholders and partners\, and renew our commitment to advancing acces
 sible and inclusive justice.\nThe two-day celebration will take place on 12
 th and 13th November 2026 at the University of Education\, Winneba\, North 
 Campus.\nUnder the theme\, "One Year of Impact\, A Future of Possibilities\
 ," the celebration will highlight the important role women play in promotin
 g dialogue\, mediation\, negotiation\, and peaceful coexistence within fami
 lies\, workplaces\, businesses\, and communities.\nThe event will provide a
 n opportunity for participants to engage in meaningful conversations\, shar
 e experiences\, appreciate achievements\, and explore new opportunities for
  collaboration in advancing Alternative Dispute Resolution.\nIt will also b
 ring attention to the importance of strengthening women's voices and leader
 ship in dispute resolution while encouraging individuals and institutions t
 o embrace peaceful approaches to managing conflicts.\nAs Women and ADR cele
 brates this milestone\, the organisation looks forward to building stronger
  partnerships\, expanding community outreach\, and creating greater awarene
 ss of ADR as an accessible pathway to peaceful dispute resolution.\nWe invi
